Hôm 21/1, doanh nhân Nguyễn Quốc Ḥa cho biết đă thử nghiệm thành công chiếc tàu ngầm mini mang tên Trường Sa.

Cuối giờ chiều ngày 21/1/2014, ông Nguyễn Quốc Ḥa, doanh nhân người Thái B́nh đă tuyên bố: “Tàu ngầm Trường Sa đă thử nghiệm thành công các hạng mục”.

Ông Ḥa cho biết: “Trong ngày 21/1/2014, tàu Trường Sa đă được thử nghiệm chế độ lặn, nổi trong bể nước và cho kết quả hoàn hảo.

Trong khi lặn, tàu Trường Sa đă cho thấy hoàn toàn cân bằng và kín nước. Đây là hai thành công rất lớn với tàu ngầm. Được đà, tôi tiếp tục thử nghiệm tới hệ thống không khí tuần hoàn AIP và vận hành động cơ. Trong nước, động cơ đă chạy và tôi khẳng định, Trường Sa đă thành công với lần thử nghiệm này”.

“Bước tiếp theo, tối ngày 21/1/2014, bể thử nghiệm của tàu ngầm sẽ được đổ đầy nước và nếu cái bể chịu được sức nước mà không vỡ, tôi sẽ thử nghiệm tàu ngầm lặn ở mức nước cao hơn và áp lực nước lớn hơn.” – ông Nguyễn Quốc Ḥa chia sẻ.

Ngày 6/1, tàu ngầm Trường Sa được di chuyển từ xưởng sản xuất vào trong bể nổi. Bể thử nghiệm này có khả năng chứa 200m3 nước, kích thước 4m x 10m x 5m.

Trong những ngày thử nghiệm trước, ông Ḥa đă kiểm tra được độ kín nước của các mối hàn, các roăng cao su của chân vịt hay nắp thân tàu và cho kết quả hoàn toàn chắc chắn. Đồng thời máy định vị vệ tinh và radar của tàu ngầm cũng được thử nghiệm và cho kết quả hết sức thuyết phục.

Để thử nghiệm những hạng mục của con tàu, ông Ḥa phải bơm nước vào bể và tháo nước ra nhiều lần, mỗi lần chỉ kiểm tra được từng bước, nếu phát hiện sai sót sẽ điều chỉnh rồi tiếp tục thử nghiệm. Lượng nước được lấy từ chiếc ao bên cạnh xưởng sản xuất của ông Ḥa.

Doanh nhân này bắt đầu nghiên cứu và quyết định chế tạo tàu ngầm từ đầu năm 2013, sau khi nghe được thông tin tàu ngầm Kilo sẽ về nước trong năm nay.

Ông Ḥa cho biết: “Khi biết tin Việt Nam phải mua 6 tàu ngầm Kilo rất tốn kém, tôi mới ṭ ṃ nghiên cứu về tàu ngầm. Từ đó tôi có ư định làm thử một cái. Càng làm càng thấy ham. Sau đó, khi dự án của ḿnh ngày càng có xác suất thành công cao, tôi đă thực sự nghĩ đến những ước mơ xa hơn.

Nếu Trường Sa của tôi thành công, tôi hi vọng hàng trăm hàng ngh́n nhà khoa học, các tổ chức khoa học, quân đội sẽ bắt tay vào nghiên cứu, sản xuất. Họ có kiến thức hơn tôi, môi trường làm việc hơn tôi, và nguồn vốn cũng hơn tôi. Sẽ có hàng trăm, hàng ngh́n chiếc “Trường Sa mới”, to gấp 3, 4 lần tàu của tôi.

Theo tính toán, tàu của tôi chỉ có thể hoạt động ở mức nước nông, cửa biển, nhưng những chiếc tàu kia, biết đâu có thể bơi ra bơi về Trường Sa. Chắc chắn, tàu ngầm này sẽ phục vụ được mục đích dân sinh như nghiên cứu tài nguyên biển, nguồn cá, bảo vệ môi trường…"

Ông Ḥa cũng chia sẻ, bản thân ông đă từng là lính trinh sát, và ông biết Việt Nam có lực lượng đặc công nước rất mạnh, biết đâu những chiếc tàu ngầm này sẽ là một phương tiện khiến đặc công Việt Nam trở thành độc nhất vô nhị trên thế giới.

Theo chia sẻ của ông Nguyễn Quốc Ḥa trước đó, ông làm tàu ngầm tất cả chỉ v́ đam mê khoa học, sáng tạo, và trên hết là muốn khẳng định người Việt Nam rất tài hoa và có khả năng, điều quan trọng là chỉ cần dám nghĩ dám làm.

“Điều nguy hiểm nhất không phải là thất bại, mà là không dám nghĩ và dám đối mặt với thất bại” – ông Ḥa bày tỏ.
