Giáo sư luật Jonathan Turley Phản ứng với phiên ṭa xét xử Trump: 'Kỳ lạ - Tôi không đồng ư với phán quyết này - Có thể sẽ bị lật tẩy khi kháng cáo' .




Giáo sư luật Jonathan Turley của Đại học George Washington đă quan sát phiên ṭa xét xử Trump với tư cách là chuyên gia pháp lư cho FOX News.

Hôm nay, sau khi phán quyết có tội được đưa ra, Turley đă phản ứng bằng cách gọi nó là 'kỳ lạ' và lưu ư rằng thậm chí vẫn chưa rơ Trump cụ thể bị kết tội ǵ.

Ông cũng đề nghị rằng vụ việc sẽ được lật lại khi kháng cáo.

Chuyên gia pháp lư Jonathan Turley đă phản ứng bằng những lời lẽ mạnh mẽ trước bản án có tội của cựu Tổng thống Donald Trump, người bị kết án về tất cả 34 tội danh tại phiên ṭa xét xử tiền bịt miệng ở New York chỉ sau hai ngày bồi thẩm đoàn thảo luận kéo dài hơn chín giờ đồng hồ.

“Rơ ràng là tôi không đồng ư với phán quyết này cũng như nhiều người khác,” Turley tweet, nói rằng ông tin rằng vụ việc “cuối cùng” sẽ được đảo ngược ở cấp tiểu bang hoặc liên bang. “Tuy nhiên,” giáo sư Trường Luật Đại học George Washington nói thêm, “đây là kỳ vọng tồi tệ nhất đối với một phiên ṭa ở Manhattan. Tôi buồn v́ kết quả này đối với hệ thống pháp luật New York nhiều hơn là đối với cựu tổng thống. Tôi đă hy vọng rằng các bồi thẩm đoàn có thể khôi phục lại tính toàn vẹn của một hệ thống đă được sử dụng cho mục đích chính trị.”…

Turley, người có mặt ở đó vào thời điểm đọc bản án, gọi đó là “một trong những khoảnh khắc kỳ lạ nhất” mà anh từng trải qua trong pḥng xử án. Thẩm phán Juan Mercan vừa nói rằng bồi thẩm đoàn vẫn chưa đưa ra quyết định và họ sẽ giải tán trong ngày hôm đó.

Rally vừa qua của TT Trump tại New York làm tụi nó hoảng sợ nên có quyế định ngu ngốc chưa từng có. Tụi nó mừng vài ngày rồi lại phải sầu vạn ngày như những lần vừa qua.
Vàng thiệt không sợ lửa và sự phản ứng trái chiều sẽ làm cho uy tín của đảng khốn nạn ngày càng tệ hại hơn.

Buồn cười nhất là cái đám ngu đần kia reo mừng và luôn mồm bảo Trump có tội, nhưng lại không biết là tội ǵ và làm sao có tội. Chúng chỉ biết nói mỗi một câu là ṭa phán th́ là có tội. Nhân chứng hay vật chứng không cần thiết.
Cũng v́ vậy mà bao nhiêu nhân chứng hay vật chứng về chuyện gia đ́nh nhà Joe Biden được đưa ra cũng là không cần thiết. Và chuyện gian lận bầu cử với bao nhiêu chứng cứ cũng chỉ là không cần thiết, v́ ṭa nói không có là không có. Đúng là đám mọi rợ ra phố nên cái chó ǵ cũng chỉ biết lập lại như loài Khỉ.

Thế th́ “đạo đức kiểu dân chủ” là cha tấm chung với con gái, em trai ngủ chung với chị dâu, chú và cháu gái 14 tuổi cùng chích, chat, phê cocaine, sex chung với nhau… th́ được ủng hộ làm tổng thống????????????????????????????
