Cô da đen đứng giữa đám đông đă nói rất đúng rằng "Da đen giết da đen ở Chicago sao chúng mày không nói ǵ? Chẳng có ngừoi da trắng nào áp bức tao cả. Tao yêu đất nước này. Tao là người tự do"



Tương tự cũng có thể nói"Da đen giết da đen ở châu Phi dă man, da vàng giết da vàng ở Trung Quốc, Việt Nam..." thường được xem như b́nh thường v́ cùng một sắc tộc. Nhưng xung đột sắc tộc thường là giả, xung đột giữa những kẻ cai trị và người bị cai trị trong cùng một sắc dân mới là lớn.

Chính điều này nên Trung Quốc có 60 triệu người bị thảm sát, Liên Xô 40 triệu và Việt Nam 170.000 người bị giết bởi "chuyên chính vô sản". Những người da đen bị cảnh sát Mỹ lạm dụng vũ lực giết nhầm chẳng đáng kể so với chính họ lạm dụng giết nhân viên cảnh sát và so với biến cố Thiên An Môn, so với việc công an Trung Quốc, công an Việt Nam lạm dụng giết người cùng chủng tộc th́ nhỏ như hạt cát.

Nhiều người do không thấy tận mắt thực tế cuộc sống, hang ổ của những băng nhóm tội phạm da đen và nhiều sắc dân khác nên không thông cảm cho cảnh sát Mỹ. Những con hẻm đầy rẫy mại dâm, hút chích ma túy. Những băng nhóm lười biếng ngủ ban ngày, quậy phá vào ban đêm. Những nơi mà cảnh sát lọt vào như vào mê hồn trận... Và tội phạm cũng không dễ dàng đứng yên cho cảnh sát bắt v́ chúng có súng, xài chất kích thích và thông thuộc địa h́nh. Hơn nữa cảnh sát bắt là phải có bằng chứng mới có thể buộc tội trước ṭa.

Trong thế giới tội phạm dù có cải cách tư pháp bao nhiêu năm, bao nhiêu lần th́ vẫn phải có những trường hợp cảnh sát lạm dụng vũ lực như 4 cảnh sát vừa qua. Bởi nhiều khi cảnh sát bỏ mạng v́ hớ hênh khi kiểm soát giấy tờ bị chúng bắn lén, rồ máy xe bỏ chạy cán chết cảnh sát ngă lăn quay ra đường, sử dụng ma túy đá tạo ra hưng phấn và sức mạnh đánh chết, bắn chết cảnh sát. Và cảnh sát cũng chả biết ai là kẻ lương thiện, ai là kẻ giết người không ghê tay để khiến ḿnh ra đi không hẹn ngày về, phủ quốc kỳ để lại những giọt nước mắt của người thân, vợ con. Hành tŕnh làm cảnh sát 30 năm mà mỗi ngày bước chân ra đường là những hiểm nguy luôn ŕnh rập. Và ai dám chắc là trong hành tŕnh ấy không lạm dụng vũ lực với những kẻ không tuân thủ quy tắc để bảo toàn mạng sống cho ḿnh.

V́ vậy trong 10 lần da đen bắn cảnh sát chết phi lư th́ cũng có 1 lần cảnh sát bắn, bắt da đen không hợp lư. Và những người da đen lấy cái một lần này để nâng lên thành vấn đề của họ ,gọi là "Black lives matter".
Họ chỉ thấy cái trước mắt mà không hiểu rằng nếu không có cái một lần này (cảnh sát bị bắt giữ, chế tài) th́ cảnh sát không thể đối phó tội phạm nguy hiểm và chúng càng lộng hành khiến da đen giết chính da đen nhiều hơn. Tệ nạn cướp của giết người man rợ, coi thường pháp luật xảy ra v́ cảnh sát đă quá chán năn do có thể bị bắn bởi tội phạm và bị bắt giữ bởi lạm dụng vũ lực để trấn áp bạo lực.

Họ không hề biết rằng các băng nhóm tội phạm đủ màu da trên khắp nước Mỹ chỉ chực chờ cơ hội cảnh sát làm sai có cớ để xuống đường thỏa măn sự hung hăn bạo lực do sử dụng chất kích thích, để cướp bóc nhằm có tiền mua ma túy, cần sa, để trả thù cảnh sát và nền tư pháp, để cảnh sát chùn tay hơn trong những lần sau khi trấn áp chúng.

Và thế là những kẻ đang giương cao tấm biểu ngữ "sinh mạng người da đen đáng giá" trước họng súng của cảnh sát, nhưng "sinh mạng người da đen lại rẻ như bèo" trước họng súng tội phạm. Họ bị tội phạm bắn chết nhiều hơn v́ tấm biểu ngữ của ḿnh. Họ kêu gọi công lư từ cảnh sát nhưng khi bị tội phạm lọt vào nhà bắn chết họ mà cảnh sát không thể điều tra ra th́ công lư cũng ngủ yên.

Cho nên trong một xă hội pháp quyền, vấn đề luôn có 2 mặt và con người chỉ nh́n thấy một mặt. Họ chỉ lo bị cảnh sát lạm quyền mà không hề lo bị tội phạm lạm dụng vũ khí và chất kích thích. Cảnh sát lạm quyền bị trừng phạt bởi pháp luật, nhưng khi cảnh sát chùn tay th́ nguy cơ bị chết dưới tay những kẻ vô chính phủ và mafia của người dân ngày càng tăng lên. Đó là thứ công lư mà họ cần đi t́m.

Chính xác! Đừng bảo người ta kỳ thị trong khi bản thân chỉ là những kẻ lưu manh , trộm cắp. Tôi không dám vơ đũa cả nắm , nhưng nếu khu vực nào có người da đen ở nhiếu th́ nơi đó không có b́nh an; Mỹ trắng, Mễ , Việt Nam cũng phải chạy tuốt. Chỉ có người da đen ở với người da đen, chẳng ai dám ở chung với họ.
