Tên tài xế cán chết người này vốn là cháu ruột của tay trung tá công an huyện nên đă cho xù vụ án sau khi đổ lổi cho em nữ sinh này lái xe đạp điện giành đường với xe tải nên gây ra tai nạn thảm khốc này???
