Khái niệm "di động" cách đây vài chục năm có nghĩa là điện thoại được ngựa thồ, gắn trong xe hơi hoặc to như cục gạch còn thiết bị mỏng chưa đến 1 cm như ngày nay chỉ có trong phim khoa học viễn tưởng.
