Trong "Gala nhạc Việt số 2", chàng MC của "The Voice Kids" sẽ đảm nhận vai tṛ dẫn chương tŕnh cùng Hà Hồ và đóng góp một tiết mục hài.

Cùng hơn 20 tiết mục văn nghệ, phần tṛ chuyện và giao lưu cùng các khách mời nổi tiếng do Hồ Ngọc Hà và Trấn Thành đảm nhận cũng sẽ mang đến cho khán giả những cảm nhận về chủ đề Con đường t́nh yêu.

Một tiết mục hài kịch đă được Trấn Thành và Thu Trang viết riêng cho chương tŕnh.
