Totally wrong interpretation of the International Driving Permit (IDP)! An International Driving Permit (IDP) is an identity document that allows the holder to drive a private motor vehicle in any countries, currently approx 142 countries accept this ID, that recognises IDPs.

To be valid, the IDP must be accompanied by a valid driving license. As it pertains to Hoe Hoe land, > 95% of the populace driver licenses are only for Category A/A1 or B/B1, which are in regards to motorcycle. That's not an automobile! No "xe" for you today!
