Hải quân Việt Cộng ướt quần là còn đỡ. Tàu Hải Đăng 5 này là tàu công vụ dân sự.

Còn hải quân CSVN bị cấm tuyệt không cho ra biển, vì Việt Cộng sợ tình huống hải quân CSVN giáp mặt với hải quân Tàu Cộng thì CSVN không biết tính sao. Trốn không xong, chạy không được, làm lơ thì không yên, chống thì không dám.
