I just want to throw in my 2 pennies. Yes, they suck big time but it's an airline from a third world country. What do you expect? The employees never received proper training and etiquette and it showed. If you live in Vietnam then it's either Vietnam airlines or the other rejects aka Vietjet or Jetstar. They are just as bad. Vietnam is just bad in general....
