Personally I think.. Powerful countries never obey rulings of this kind when they go against their vital interests....US didn't ==> (Nicaragua case), Japan didn't ==> (whaling). China will not too.
China will not abandon those islands or end it's reclamation plans. Nor will it stop harassing Filipino fishing or will Chinese fishermen stop fishing in those waters.
The Communists China may impose an ADIZ (Air Defence Identification Zone) over the Nine-Dash Line in response to this... Then the US will fly planes through it.... Then Xi will lose face.... Then some hothead in the People's Liberation Army will take a pot shot at an American plane or ship...... THEN....You know the rest....
