I don't kmow about that. But during the last 4 decades as I've known from press, stupid people played dirty things with their food while eating in the restaurants. They sued the fast food restaurants and got the settlements of tens of millions of dollars, but some of them ended up in prisons after investigations. I hope that Vietnamese American COP did not do stupid thing!!!
