Not always.. Some educated people are incredibly arrogant and rude to people they consider "beneath" them.. while others are more accepting. If someone has a varied vocabulary, that *might* be an indication, but it's not a sure thing..
Some educated people could be rude, some uneducated people could be nice, also family culture matters to a person's behavior....
