About the contracts:

1. Both sides MUST completely honor the contracts that they've signed.

2. You can litigate the other party, if they breached or not honored the contract as signed

3. All challenges or disputes MUST be judged in the court of law.

About the video clip:

1. Sue them if you think they are in the wrong doing with all the evident that you have (Stop posting these video clips on intending to smear the reputation of the other party).

2. If there were any reasons that you think you could not sue them, OR think that you'd potentially eventually lose the case to the other party - THEN that indicates that you and your family might either have breached OR did not honor the contract completely as signed.

If that's the case, you should stop what you're doing before the other party get fed up and decide to counter sue you for harassing their family, and damaging their reputation publicly.

In the other words, "Don't show me, show that to the judge, dude!!!"
