This perfectly explains the fundamental differences between the two parties :
Hillary and Trump are walking down a city street talking... They come across a homeless man, Trump reaches in his pocket and gives the homeless man a business card. Trump says "call this number about a job, no promises but give it a shot". Then he hands the man twenty dollars and says: "get something to eat, clean yourself up, and call that number"..... Trump and Hillary continue their walk and they come up upon another homeless man. Hillary says "I got this one".... she draws a map to the nearest welfare office. Then she pulls twenty dollars out of Trump's pocket, keeping $17 for "administrative costs" and hands the man 3 bucks....
After Trump and Hillary leave the second man, she calls the chief of police and tells him to chase off the homeless "useless eaters" (Hillary's own personal term for American Citizens) in the area.
