I would not worry about "all druggies and drug traffickers" as you mentioned, I am worrying about innocent people who will be killed and framed as druggies or drug traffickers. That person could be you, me, or anyone! to be killed death on any given day for no reasons when the law is loosely translated by a dictator or a system of authoritarian. China, N. Korea and Vietnam are just typical examples.

That law is commonly called with a very nice name as "Patriot Act" or "Patriot Law" in the U.S.A.

And to answer your question of who to choose: Vote for the Lesser of Two Evils!
