1) Clearly the patient had a cancerous growth involving the oral facial structures. Due to the spread of the cancer, part of the Upper Lip, Nares, Septum, Maxilla, Maxillary dentition and etc ... were involved. Wonder if he had any smoking hx and or sun bathing/tanning?

2) During surgical removal of the cancer and facial reconstruction with replacement bone from shoulder (by pt. own word), patient had complications and was placed in coma.

3) If the cancer was eliminated and assuming no Le Forte III surgeries are needed to correct any other defects, patient only need some magnetic implants in the Maxilla/Septal area and an oral facial prosthesis.
