Mexico WILL pay for the wall, whether they agree or not. A combination of the following would work:

1. Using foreign aid funds that otherwise would go to Mexico.

2. Border tax on goods entering from Mexico.

3. Visa fee for Mexican visitors.

4. Transfer tax for any remittals to Mexico.

And the initial build could be paid for using funds diverted from sanctuary cities.

On the other hand.. The auto and manufacturing jobs that have already announced since the election that they are changing their plans on a Mexico move adds up to more than 5 billion in tax and SS revenue that are coming back to the US. THEY'RE ALREADY PAYING FOR IT.... DUH..
