1) Its just Trump posturing to proclaim a better deal latter to the public!

2) Last year Hague ruling doesn't deal with sovereignty. With exception when it comes to the Philippine EEZ, these rocks only has 12 miles domain.

3) No country has the legal justification for a blockade ... unless war is the intent! But again and as history has repeated, might always makes right!
