1) Where did the startup funds came from since we are in the middle of FY 2017?

2) Appropriation bills will have to be pass to finished this wall/fence started by Bush! Or will it just become another incomplete project and money pit from one president to another ... as it has languished for 1+ decade?

3) Will this wall be build by US worker? Will the cement come from Mexico since Cemex controls approx 80% of the supplies esp. in this region of the US? Will the rebar and steel come from China?

4) Will the cartels and the coyotes just use truck ladders and inflatables to go over the wall? Or maybe just a tunnel under neath it.
