Well, cũng như đám dân VC. Mục đích mà tụi nó muốn trở thành công dân Mỹ cũng là vì chúng muốn đưa thêm nhiều và rất nhiều những người khác vào Mỹ.
Những chuyện này nghiễm nhiên đã trở thành một dịch vụ để kiếm lời,chứ không còn đơn giản là vì muốn bảo lãnh thân nhân để đoàn tụ gia đình như người tị nạn VC lúc trước nữa.
Bây giờ bị ngăn cấm thì chúng cảm thấy con đường làm ăn bất chính đã bị khóa lại, và phản ứng đầu tiên là muốn sủa như chó bị giựt xương.
