1) Technically, Iran recently failed medium missile test was not in violation of UN Resolution 2231 and certain not part of the Nuclear Deal. It was just not in the spirit of the resolution!

2) Without actually having boots on the ground, Trump's sanctions against Iran is just window dressing. Those involved Iranian corps and people will just easily setup more dummies corp.
