Trump is just using Obama strategy from 3+ years ago ...

1) Trump chastised President Obama in 2013 for contemplating striking Syria (and the formal asking of Congressional support) after its chemical usage

2) Throughout the campaign, Trump wanted the US to stay out of Syria and let Russia & Syria resolve their problems

3) So now, the quacking duck meets reality ... copying a black man strategy egh! But this time, strike first and command these Congressional GOP stooges for their overwhelming support
