2) W/o boots on the ground and an action plan for post occupancy, what then ...?

----> Still at square one, but w/ minor attention/deflection from the main problem?

----> Solid proof of the culprits (Syria, Russia or a 3rd force?) hasn't been ascertained yet by the UN Commission of Inquiry on Syria ...
A) What will the quacking duck do if it was Russia?
B) Who supplied the chemicals? Was it Clorine gas, Sarin or etc ...?

3) He is just following Obama's strategy in 2013, but Congressional support wasn't there
