May I add a few things:
6) CSVN survives ... because
(CSVN) lied to anyone who believes them
(CSVN) harassed anyone who expresses different opinions or preferences
(CSVN) oppressed anyone who stands up or demands for human rights
(CSVN) killed anyone who opposes them
7) CSVN falls ... because
(CSVN) killed each other so bribery money would be all oneself
(CSVN) killed or being killed by the other officials in competing for higher ranks
(CSVN) being killed by "côn đồ" when wheeling and dealing with evils and thugs
(CSVN) killed by consuming too much food and alcohol, from contracting diseases from over enjoying prostitution sex, adultery
(CSVN) died with pain and sickness due to water and land pollution caused by factories, lack of knowledge, carelessness in government oversee and management, poisonous food and chemical products imported from China.
