2) Had only a 50% success rate with the CE-I variant kill vehicle deployed on the Ground-Based Midcourse (GMD)

3) Had only a 33% success rate with the updated CE-II variant kill vehicle deployed on the Ground-Based Midcourse (GMD) ... finally hit target last May 2017

4) All these tests where under know time, weather, area of space and etc ... testing conditions. Very low confidence in GMD hitting Fatty Kim derrier!
