THAT ANY EMPLOYEE SHOULD INFORM THE HR OR TOUCH BASE WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR(S) BEFORE CONDUCTING AN INTERVIEW WITH ANY MEDIA NEWS - AND PUBLICLY SPEAKING ABOUT THE TREATMENTS FOR THE PATIENTS WHICH THE HOSPITAL PROVIDES.
FROM WHAT I'VE READ (THE INTERVIEW TRANSCRIPTS), THIS NURSE CLEARLY DID NOT ABIDE THE HOSPITAL REGULATIONS. SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE TALKED ABOUT HOSPITAL-PATIENT CONFIDENTIAL AND LEFT THAT TO THE HIGHER RANKING PROFESSIONALS (AS DRS. OR HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATORS).
But, it's too late, the damage is done!
NOW BACK TO THE LITIGATION MATTER, I DON'T THINK ANYTHING SHE'S DONE WOULD CONSTITUTE TO ANY LEGAL ISSUE.
