Chuyện kỳ lạ. Quân chiến thắng không đè đầu bên thua trận xuống bắt bồi thường chiến tranh th́ thôi, đàng này c̣n phải trả nợ giùm cho phía bên kia.

Kiểu này VNCH thua cũng phải, chứ nếu thắng th́ phải trả nợ giùm cho Việt Cộng. Nếu không chịu xẻ đất ra bán th́ VNCH t́m đâu ra mấy chục tỷ để trả cho Trung Cộng!
