The Presidential power to quell insurrection & rebellion is specifically included in the US Constitution. This kind of legislation runs in a direct counter against that power.

The US Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, whereas the power of legislation is specifically limited to the list of enumerated powers (no other Branch was granted any legislated power at all but Congress is limited in that power). President Trump is acting in compliance with the actual law (US Constitution & the State Constitutions) in order to defend against their criminal use of Color of Law; every time the criminals take an action, they are revealing themselves to us. He's showing us who they are & what they do so that we can fight against the same kind of criminals on the local, county & State levels!
