Not sure if Chum really wants to help Americans with $2000 direct Payment or He is just being an stinking A@@ when he vetoed the $900 billion stimulus bill and told Congress to revive the bill with $2000 direct payment instead of $600.

It appears the Republicans oppose the idea, and it looks like Americans get no help before the end of the Year.
