Clarification between the terms "Insurrection Act" and "Martial Law".

POTUS, indicated that the implementation of "Martial Law" was fake news.

However, POTUS did NOT indicate that the use of the "Insurrection Act" was off the table.

The Insurrection Act, allows for a more precise operation to achieve the mission at hand.

However, should massive chaos arrise as a result of implementing one or more provisions under Insurrection Act authority. Then, a Declaration of Martial Law, is justified in all affected areas.
