Giá dầu thô đã rớt giá trở về giá đầu tháng 3 nhưng giá xăng vẫn ở mức tăng cao mà không trở về giá xăng củ của đầu tháng 3. Nghĩa là giá xăng do công ty sản xuất ở mỹ thao túng giá.
