Default Bị chích roi điện, nữ tiếp viên đâm chết người
Bất ngờ bị 3 người đi xe máy lao đến chích roi điện và xịt hơi cay, nữ tiếp viên đã rút dao lia liên tục khiến một thanh niên tử vong.

Ngày 14/6, Công an thành phố Biên Hòa (Đồng Nai) đã tạm giữ hình sự Huỳnh Thị Ngọc Thanh (24 tuổi, quê Trà Vinh) để điều tra hành vi giết người. Nạn nhân là anh Nguyễn Văn Thoại (27 tuổi, ngụ phường Hòa Bình, Biên Hòa).

Theo kết quả xác minh, Thanh là nhân viên phục vụ của một nhà hàng trên đường Võ Thị Sáu, phường Thống Nhất, Biên Hòa. Khoảng 22h30 ngày 13/6, trên đường từ nhà hàng về nhà trọ ở phường Trung Dũng, Thanh phát hiện bị hai thanh niên bám theo.

Lo lắng có chuyện chẳng lành, cô tiếp viên trở lại nhà hàng và nhờ một bảo vệ đưa về. Gần tới nhà trọ, Thanh bất ngờ bị Thoại và người đi 2 xe máy xông tới chích roi điện, xịt hơi cay khiến ngã xuống đường.

Ngay lập tức, Thanh lấy dao bấm trong túi xách đâm liên tục về phía trước, trúng người Thoại. Nạn nhân chết ngay tại chỗ. Nữ tiếp viên đến công an tự thú.

Theo nhiều nhân viên của nhà hàng, có thể do ganh tị trong việc phục vụ khách và tiền bo, có người đã nhờ nhóm Thoại đánh dằn mặt Thanh.

Công an Biên Hòa cho biết, chiều 14/6, một thiếu nữ tham gia đánh Thanh đã đến trình diện. Nguyên nhân phạm tội của Thanh vẫn chưa được cơ quan điều tra công bố.

Nếu như bị tấn công bất ngờ và phải đánh trả. Cho dù người đánh trả có nhỡ tay giết người thì cũng là VÔ TỘI thôi. Vì đó là TỰ VỆ.

Nhưng mình xin hỏi bạn. Có một người dân nào, nếu như không có bị việc gì mà cả gan dám ra tay đánh công an không vậy? Hai trường hợp hoàn toàn khác nhau bạn nhé. Không thể so sánh với nhau được.
