Default Vi phạm luật giao thông, chủ doanh nghiệp lái xe đâm vào CSGT?
Vi phạm luật giao thông, sau khi được nhắc nhở, chủ doanh nghiệp không những không chấp hành, mà c̣n lớn tiếng mắng chửi, và đâm xe vào cán bộ CSGT.Khoảng 8h sáng nay 9/10, trên đường Phan Đ́nh Phùng (Tp Hà Tĩnh) Công an thành phố Hà Tĩnh, Cảnh sát giao thông TP Hà Tĩnh đă phối hợp cùng với Đội trật tự đô thị TP tiến hành kiểm tra, xử lư trật tự an toàn giao thông.

Trong quá tŕnh kiểm tra, đội công tác phát hiện hai chiếc xe ô tô của Công ty TNHH Điện tử Ông Nhân (23 Phan Đ́nh Phùng, TP Hà Tĩnh) dừng, đậu vi phạm an toàn giao thông và tiến hành lập biên bản.

Không những ông Nhân không hợp tác, doanh nhân Nhân chủ doanh nghiệp trên c̣n mắng chửi, và lái xe đâm khiến Trung úy Trần Xuân Hà thuộc Đội CSGT thành phố Hà Tĩnh ngă xuống gầm xe và bị thương.

Sau khi xảy ra vụ việc, trung úy Hà đă được đưa vào Bệnh viện Đa khoa Hà Tĩnh, cơ quan chức năng đă tiến hành lập biên bản xử lư và đưa xe của ông Nhân về cơ quan điều tra.

Vi phạm an toàn giao thông, bị lập biên bản, chủ doanh nghiệp điện tử Ông Nhân đă không chịu hợp tác mà c̣n thách thức, sau đó lái xe lao thẳng vào lực lượng CSGT CATP Hà Tĩnh, khiến trung úy Trần Xuân Hà bị thương.
Sáng 9-10, lực lượng CSGT CATP Hà Tĩnh phối hợp với lực lượng Quản lư đô thị thành phố Hà Tĩnh tiến hành kiểm tra, xử lư các vấn đề vi phạm trật tự an toàn giao thông trên địa bàn thành phố.


Ông Nhân lái xe lao thẳng vào lực lượng chức năng, khiến trung úy Trần Xuân Hà bị thương

Đến khoảng 8h cùng ngày, khi lực lượng chức năng đang làm nhiệm vụ trên tuyến đường Phan Đ́nh Phùng th́ phát hiện 2 chiếc xe ô tô của công ty TNHH điện tử Ông Nhân (đóng số 23, đường Phan Đ́nh Phùng, TP Hà Tĩnh) dừng, đỗ vi phạm an toàn giao thông nên tiến hành lập biên bản.
Trung úy Trần Xuân Hà (CATP Hà Tĩnh) cho biết: “Phát hiện 2 chiếc xe vi phạm, chúng tôi đă tiến hành yêu cầu chủ phương tiện xuất tŕnh giấy tờ để xử lư. Không những không hợp tác, ông Nguyễn Tiến Nhân, chủ doanh nghiệp c̣n chửi mắng, đe dọa và thách thức chúng tôi. Một chiếc xe đă bỏ chạy, sau đó ông Nhân lái xe ô tô mang BKS: 38C-011.16 lao thẳng, làm tôi ngă xuống dưới gầm xe và bị thương”.
Sau khi xảy ra sự việc, trung úy Hà được đưa đến Bệnh viện Đa khoa Hà Tĩnh điều trị, đồng thời CATP Hà Tĩnh tiến hành lập biên bản, tạm giữ chiếc xe ô tô nói trên để làm rơ sự việc.
