Tổng thống Donald Trump thách thức Biden, yêu cầu ông ta phải kiểm tra ma túy ngay trước cuộc tranh luận sắp tới .


Tại buổi ăn tối Lincoln Reagan hàng năm của Đảng Cộng ḥa ở St. Paul, Minnesota, nơi TT Trump tham dự sau khi kỷ niệm lễ tốt nghiệp trung học của con trai ḿnh là Barron, trong bài phát biểu của ḿnh TT Trump yêu cầu như thế.

TT Trump đă không ngần ngại khi đặt câu hỏi về thành tích của Biden trong bài phát biểu Thông điệp Liên bang vào tháng 3.

“Tôi chỉ muốn tranh luận với ông này, nhưng bạn biết đấy - và nhân tiện, tôi cũng sẽ yêu cầu xét nghiệm ma túy,” Trump nói.

"Tôi không muốn ông ấy đến buổi tranh luận như lúc ông ta đọc Thông điệp Liên bang. Lúc đó, ông ta xài thuốc kích thích với liều cao”, Trump nói thêm.


Cựu tổng thống tiếp tục chỉ trích màn tŕnh diễn của Biden trong Thông điệp Liên bang, nói rằng lúc đầu Biden có vẻ “hưng phấn” nhưng về cuối lại “nhanh chóng muốn hết hơi”.

“Chúng tôi sẽ yêu cầu kiểm tra ma túy… Ông ấy sẽ rất phấn khích v́ những điều đó, bạn xem nhé.”

“Tôi không biết ông ấy đang sử dụng chất ǵ, ông ấy phê thuốc rất nặng, và nhân đây, đó là buổi nói chuyện tồi tệ nhất mà tôi từng thấy,” Trump nói.

Đây không phải là lần đầu tiên Trump đưa ra nghi ngờ về hành vi của Biden. Trong một cuộc phỏng vấn với đài phát thanh Hugh Hewitt vào tháng trước, Trump gợi ư rằng có thể có “điều ǵ đó đang xảy ra” với Biden và bóng gió rằng ma túy có thể liên quan.

“Tôi nghĩ có chuyện ǵ đă xảy ra, bạn biết đấy, thứ màu trắng mà họ t́nh cờ t́m thấy, t́nh cờ là cocaine ở Nhà Trắng, tôi không biết, tôi nghĩ có điều ǵ đó đang xảy ra ở đó,” Trump nói trên Daily Mail.

Việc Trump nhấn mạnh vào việc kiểm tra ma túy trước các cuộc tranh luận lặp lại lập trường của ông từ chiến dịch tranh cử tổng thống năm 2020 khi ông kêu gọi kiểm tra Biden trước cuộc tranh luận của họ. Khi đó, Trump bày tỏ niềm tin rằng Biden đang sử dụng chất kích thích để cải thiện khả năng của ḿnh.

Chuyện không cần đồn đoán cũng hiểu được. Một thằng nghiện ngập th́ b́nh thường như là một đống phân, khi được hút, chích đầy đủ th́ trở thành con Lợn rừng ủi phá khắp nơi. Kết quả lại trở về nguyên dạng của một thằng đần độn khi chất kích thích không c̣n.
