Old  Default Nga nghiễm nhiên trở thành "trùm ṣ" ở Syria
Chấm dứt chiến tranh ở Syria là điều mà hiện nay đang ngày càng có nhiều nước mong muốn. Cụ thể ở đây chính là Nga, Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ, Pháp và Đức. Mới đây bộ tứ này đă chính thức có sự bắt tay để bàn bạc giải quyết chấm dứt chiến tranh. Các nhà lănh đạo Nga, Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ, Pháp và Đức đă nhóm họp ở Istanbul ngày 27-10 nhằm t́m cách kết thúc cuộc chiến tranh kéo dài 7 năm ở Syria - tiến tŕnh được cho là chịu ảnh hưởng đáng kể từ phía Moscow.Hội nghị thượng đỉnh nêu trên xem ra đă đạt một vài kết quả cụ thể, như nhấn mạnh các thách thức đạt được h́nh thái ḥa b́nh giữa các phe phái đối địch, các nhóm cực đoan cũng như sự miễn cưỡng của phương Tây trong việc tái cam kết với Tổng thống Syria Bashar al-Assad.

Tại cuộc họp báo sau đó, các bên tham gia hội nghị đă lặp lại lời kêu gọi t́m kiếm một giải pháp chính trị chứ không phải quân sự vốn đă tồn tại nhiều năm qua.

Trong tuyên bố chung, các nhà lănh đạo đă kêu gọi tiến hành "một tiến tŕnh chính trị toàn diện do Syria đứng đầu và của Syria", cũng như thành lập một ủy ban vào cuối năm nay để thực hiện công cuộc cải cách hiến pháp như một tiền đề cho cuộc bầu cử tự do và công bằng được Liên Hiệp Quốc hậu thuẫn.Cả 4 quốc gia nêu trên đều liên quan đến cuộc chiến tranh Syria ở một mức độ nào đó. Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ nhận lănh hậu quả nặng nề nhất khi phải tiếp nhận 3,5 triệu người tị nạn và hàng trăm người đă trở thành nạn nhân của các vụ tấn công khủng bố.

Trong khi đó, Đức và Pháp đều đă tiếp nhận hàng ngàn người Syria chạy trốn bom đạn. C̣n Nga can thiệp quân sự để củng cố chế độ Assad - hoạt động được Iran hậu thuẫn.

Thế nhưng, giới chuyên môn ví hội nghị thượng đỉnh mới diễn ra này như một "cơ hội chụp ảnh ở cấp cao" của các tổng thống Vladimir Putin, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Emmanuel Macron và Thủ tướng Angela Merkel, chủ yếu là phản ánh tầm ảnh hưởng của Nga đối với chuyện kết thúc cuộc xung đột ở Syria.

"Không nên mong chờ điều ǵ to tát ở hội nghị thượng đỉnh này. Dư luận hầu như có ấn tượng là các nước khác tham gia ổn định t́nh h́nh ở Syria đều chịu tác động thực sự từ Nga - quốc gia lâu nay vẫn vận động sự hỗ trợ tái cấu trúc ở Syria không qua giai đoạn chuyển tiếp chính trị" - nhà nghiên cứu Tobias Schneider, Viện Chính sách công toàn cầu ở Berlin - Đức, nhận định.

Không quân Nga đă và đang đóng vai tṛ quyết định trong việc giúp các lực lượng chính phủ Syria tái chiếm lănh thổ. Hiện nay, chỉ tỉnh Idlib - với hơn 2 triệu thường dân - c̣n do các nhóm chống chính quyền Assad chiếm giữ.

Kéo thêm ông 123 vào nữa là lớn chuyện á. Dạo này ổng đang tính làm chuyện lớn ǵ đó, không thấy vào.

Chú thích

Trong ngôn ngữ phê b́nh văn học, chữ "lai căng" c̣n nặng hơn cả chữ "dở". "Lai căng", trước hết, có nghĩa là "dở"; nhưng "lai căng" c̣n tệ hại hơn "dở" ở chỗ nó là một cái dở do bắt chước một cách nhẹ dạ và mù quáng, một thái độ phản bội đối với truyền thống và văn hoá của dân tộc. Bởi vậy, nếu "dở" chỉ là biểu hiện của sự bất tài th́ "lai căng" không những là biểu hiện của sự bất tài mà c̣n là biểu hiện của sự kém cỏi về trí tuệ, hơn nữa, của việc thiếu đạo đức
