Một gia đ́nh Việt kiều Mỹ gồm 5 thành viên vô cùng bức xúc “tố” Hăng hàng không quốc gia Việt Nam (Vietnam Airlines) từ chối vận chuyển một cách vô lư dù đă ra đến cửa lên máy bay trên chuyến bay VN1373 từ Huế đi TP.Hồ Chí Minh. Hôm qua -(4/12), Pḥng An ninh - An toàn của Cảng hàng không quốc tế Phú Bài xác nhận sự việc diễn ra vào hồi 16h20 ngày 3/12.
5 hành khách gồm bà Lê Thị Vinh (34 tuổi) cùng 4 người đi cùng là Dương Thúy Ny (31 tuổi), Trần Hoàng Đạo (34 tuổi), Trần Nhật Huy, Mysa Nguyễn (đều 3 tuổi) trú 8872 Holy ave wesminster 92683. Theo biên bản của Pḥng An Ninh – An toàn, do nghi ngờ hành lư của bà Vinh nặng hơn quy định (vượt quá 7 kg) nên dù đă ra đến cửa boarding, nhưng 5 người này vẫn bị nhân viên Vietnam Airlines từ chối vấn chuyển, yêu cầu quay trở lại để cân hành lư.
Đại diện Cảng vụ hàng không xác nhận va ly của hành khách nặng 6,5kg
Bà Vinh đồng ư cân lại th́ trọng lượng trong chiếc valy màu đỏ mà bà xách theo chỉ nặng 6,5 kg, thế nhưng nhân viên hàng không vẫn tiến hành lập biên bản, khiến bà trễ chuyến bay. Bà Vinh bức xúc: “Nhân viên Vietnam Airlines đă có thái độ bất lịch sự, gây hấn khiến tôi và con gái bị xây xát, ảnh hưởng tới tâm lư”!
Biên bản ghi nhận vụ việc của Pḥng An ninh – An toàn cho thấy đă xảy ra tranh căi giữa các bên liên quan và đại diện Cảng vụ cũng như Công an Thị xă Hương Thủy cũng đă có mặt. Sau khi trao đổi, thống nhất, đại diện Cảng vụ đưa ra hướng xử lư là Vietnam Airlines thơa thuận với hành khách về vấn đề vận chuyển mà không tiến hành xử lư vi phạm hành chính v́ chưa đủ các yếu tố cấu thành và chưa có chứng cứ cụ thể.
Tuy nhiên, giữa gia đ́nh hành khách và đại diện Vietnam Airlines vẫn tiếp tục mâu thuẫn. Hành khách không chịu đi chuyến bay tiếp theo mà Vietnam Airlines bố trí do phát sinh chênh lệch giá vé và giữ nguyên yêu cầu phải được đi theo giá cũ của hành tŕnh chuyến bay trước.
Cho đến 11h đêm ngày 03/12, sự việc vẫn chưa được giải quyết.
Trả lời phóng viên Pháp luật Việt Nam, ông Nguyễn Đức Tuấn - Trưởng chi nhánh Vietnam Airlines tại Huế thừa nhận lỗi của nhân viên từ đầu đă không kiên quyết bắt buộc hành khách đưa túi xách vào khung hành lư để kiểm tra. Tuy nhiên, vị này vẫn khẳng định: “Bà Vinh bị từ chối vận chuyển là do không tuân thủ hướng dẫn của nhân viên hàng không (vi phạm Điều 58 Thông tư 30 ngày 1/8/2012 của Bộ GTVT), đồng thời có thái độ lăng mạ các nhân viên”.

Tụi nó biết là VK Mỹ nên làm khó đ̣i tí tiền c̣m, gia đ́nh này lại tiếc tiền hồ nên bị bỏ lại. Về rừng phải tuân theo luật rừng,

C̣n không hiểu nửa th́ về hỏi mẹ của con... chùi lồn là ǵ nhé ..
