(GDVN) - IS phát hành bản đồ "biên giới Nhà nước Hồi giáo" và Tân Cương đă bị chúng đưa vào bản đồ này.

The Diplomat ngày 22/10 đưa tin, tổ chức khủng bố al-Qaeda đă gia nhập nhóm Nhà nước Hồi giáo (IS) và kêu gọi thánh chiến chống lại Trung Quốc ở Tân Cương. Thông báo được đưa ra bởi tổ chức truyền thông al-Sahab, cánh tay tuyên truyền của al-Qaeda trong số đầu tiên của tạp chí Hồi sinh bằng tiếng Anh.

Tạp chí này tập trung tuyên truyền mạnh vào khu vực châu Á - Thái B́nh Dương nói chung với các bài viết kích động người Hồi giáo ở cả Bangladesh, Ấn Độ, Afghanistan và Pakistan. Tuy nhiên vấn đề đầu tiên được tổ chức này nêu ra lại là ủng hộ người Duy Ngô Nhĩ đ̣i "Tân Cương độc lập" khỏi Trung Quốc, với tên gọi Đông Turkistan.

al-Qaeda đưa ra 10 sự kiện mà tổ chức này xem như nhà nước lâu năm của người Hồi giáo ở Tân Cương đă bị người Hán xâm chiếm tàn bạo và tiêu diệt di sản của người Hồi giáo. "Trong 1000 năm lịch sử Hồi giáo của ḿnh, Tân Cương vẫn độc lập trong 763 năm, 237 năm nằm dưới sự cai trị của Trung Quốc trong những khoảng thời gian khác nhau", tạp chí này viết.

Tờ báo của al-Qaeda nói rằng, trong năm 1949 có 93% dân số Đông Turkistan, tức Tân Cương, là người Duy Ngô Nhĩ và 7% là người Hán. Ngày nay sau 60 năm "cưỡng bức di dời dân bản địa" đă có gần 45% dân số Tân Cương là người Hán. Bài viết cho rằng việc giảng dạy kinh Qur'an ở Tân Cương hiện nay có thể bị phạt tới 10 năm tù.

Nhóm al-Qaeda cũng tuyên bố Trung Quốc đă tiến hành không dưới 35 vụ thử vũ khí hạt nhân ở Tân Cương làm bụi phóng xạ giết chết khoảng 200 ngàn người Hồi giáo. Chỉ tính riêng trong năm 2008 đă có 20 ngàn trẻ sơ sinh bị dị dạng ở Tân Cương do ảnh hưởng của phóng xạ hạt nhân, al-Qaeda cáo buộc.

Tổ chức khủng bố này kêu gọi các tín đồ cuồng tín của ḿnh cố gắng phá vỡ hoạt động vận chuyển hàng hải ua eo biển Hormuz và Malacca có vai tṛ trọng yếu đối với Trung Quốc và các nền kinh tế khác ở châu Á. Trước đó hồi tháng 7, một trùm khủng bố IS, Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi đă tuyên bố, quyền của người Hồi giáo đang bị xâm phạm ở Trung Quốc, Ấn Độ, Palestine, sau đó IS phát hành bản đồ "biên giới Nhà nước Hồi giáo" và Tân Cương đă bị chúng đưa vào bản đồ này.

Các quan chức Trung Quốc và chính quyền địa phương cũng đă ghi nhận sự gia tăng số lượng các công dân nước này du lịch đến Trung Đông để t́m cách gia nhập lực lượng chiến binh khủng bố.
