Trong chiến dịch sa thải hàng loạt để có tiền nuôi và củng cố bộ công an, hàng triệu cán bộ Cộng Sản Bắc Việt bị đuổi và gia đ́nh chết đói v́ đă lầm lỡ theo độc tài thối nát. Quả báo nhăn tiền cho những kẻ theo đuổi và làm chó săn cho chế độ bất nhân này, một chế độ dày đoạ dân tộc làm nô lệ cho ngoại bang, hèn nhục trước giặc Tàu, đàn ông bị bán làm công nhân, đàn bà th́ làm đĩ.

Ngày 6 tháng 1 năm 2025, Công an tỉnh Nam Định đă công bố quyết định nghỉ công tác, chờ đủ tuổi nghỉ hưu đối với Thượng tá Lê Anh Tuấn, Trưởng Công an huyện Ư Yên. Theo quy định, lẽ ra Thượng tá Lê Anh Tuấn c̣n hơn 4 năm công tác mới đến thời điểm đủ tuổi nghỉ hưu. Tuy nhiên, ông đă chủ động xin nghỉ hưu trước tuổi, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi trong việc sắp xếp, kiện toàn đội ngũ cán bộ, chủ động nhân sự phục vụ đại hội đảng các cấp nhiệm kỳ 2025-2030.
Thông tin trên được truyền thông trong nước chính thức đăng tải như lời khen ngợi cho cán bộ ngành công an đă chủ động hưởng ứng chủ trương tinh giản bộ máy chính quyền do ông Tô Lâm, Tổng Bí Thư Đảng Cộng Sản phát động.
Đối với công chúng, họ sẽ càng phải bất ngờ hơn khi biết Thượng tá Lê Anh Tuấn đă là trường hợp đầu tiên và duy nhất của ngành công an thực hiện chủ trương tinh giản bộ máy chính quyền. Đồng thời, cũng không phải là tinh giản theo yêu cầu mà là tinh giản tự nguyện.
Thật vậy, sau các chỉ trích về việc ngành công an đă “b́nh chân như vại” trước chủ trương tinh giản bộ máy chính quyền, nhất là trong bối cảnh ngành này đang chiếm nhân sự cao nhất nh́ trong các ngành thuộc hệ thống công quyền. Có lẽ, chỉ đứng sau quân đội mà thôi.
Để giải độc dư luận, truyền thông trong nước đă liên tục đưa lên nhiều bài báo với tựa rất kêu để ca ngợi ngành công an đang thực hiện tinh giản “ngoạn mục” như thế nào, như:
– Bộ Công an: Tiên phong, đi đầu trong đổi mới sắp xếp bộ máy tinh gọn, hiệu lực, hiệu quả;
– Lực lượng Công An Nhân dân gương mẫu, đi đầu trong sắp xếp bộ máy tinh gọn, hiệu quả;
– Điều động lực lượng công an chính quy, tinh giản và giảm biên chế;
– Tinh gọn bộ máy – Cuộc cách mạng lớn của Bộ Công an;
Trong đó, nội dung các bài báo cho biết ngành công an đă thực hiện giải thể 6 Tổng cục, giảm 55 đơn vị cấp cục và gần 300 đơn vị cấp pḥng, giảm 279 đơn vị cấp pḥng, 1.237 đơn vị cấp đội.
Về nhân sự, đă giảm 172 người lănh đạo cấp Cục, hơn 1.500 người lănh đạo cấp pḥng, cấp huyện và tương đương, hơn 2.300 người lănh đạo cấp đội và tương đương;
Tất cả số nhân sự giảm từ các cấp trung ương về cấp tỉnh, thành. Nhân sự từ tỉnh thành được tái bố trí đảm nhiệm các chức danh công an phường, xă. Trong đó có hơn 55.000 lượt nhân sự được điều động đảm nhiệm các chức danh công an xă chính quy tại hơn 8.800 xă, thị trấn.
Điều đó có nghĩa là, không có bất kỳ nhân sự nào của ngành công an bị tinh giản biên chế cả. Mà chỉ là sự điều chuyển từ cấp trên đă bị giải thế xuống cấp dưới và các địa phương mà thôi.
Giảm ở bên trên, ph́nh ra ở bên dưới. Đó là kiểu tinh giản bộ máy chính quyền của Bộ Công An.
Điều này, chính bà Phạm Thị Thanh Trà, Bộ trưởng Bộ Nội vụ đă xác nhận với truyền thông trong nước rằng không có Bộ Công an và Bộ Quốc pḥng trong số những cơ quan phải thực hiện phương án tinh giản bộ máy. Cho dù từ Chính phủ, Quốc hội, cho tới các hội, ban ngành từ trung ương cho tới địa phương đều thuộc diện phải thu gọn quy mô và cắt giảm biên chế đến mức tối thiểu từ 15% – 20%.
Theo lời ông Nguyễn Ḥa B́nh, Phó Thủ Tướng Chính Phủ, số cán bộ, công chức bị ảnh hưởng khi tinh giản bộ máy lần này rất đông, có thể đến cả 100 ngh́n người. Theo đó, số tiền để giải quyết quyền lợi cho họ dự kiến lên đến 130 ngh́n tỷ đồng.
Chưa hết, trong Nghị quyết về ngân sách 2024 được Quốc Hội thông qua vào tháng 11/2023, Bộ Công an được cấp đến 113 ngàn tỷ đồng từ ngân sách Nhà nước, chỉ sau sau quân đội. Lớn gấp hàng chục lần so với các bộ ngành về dân sinh như Bộ Giáo Dục, Bộ Y Tế.
Cho thấy, Bộ Công An là lực lượng đang đứng đầu về nhân sự cũng như chiếm giữ nguồn lực ngân sách lớn đến mức nào. Chưa kể đến việc họ tận thu từ các nguồn tài chính riêng như 85% số tiền phạt vi phạm hành chính trong lĩnh vực giao thông hoặc 30% số tiền bán bảng số đẹp của xe cơ giới các loại.
Có lẽ, trên thế giới hiện nay, cường quốc về công an không quốc gia nào có thể qua mặt được Việt Nam…
