Ngày 23/10, hơn chục nghị sĩ đảng Cộng hoà đă xông vào pḥng họp kín nhằm cản trở một quan chức Lầu Năm Góc đưa ra lời khai phục vụ cuộc điều tra luận tội Tổng thống Donald Trump.



Các nghị sĩ Dân chủ tuyên bố, hành động của các nghị sĩ đảng Cộng hoà đă làm tổn hại an ninh quốc gia v́ một số nghị sĩ đă mang thiết bị điện tử vào căn pḥng được bảo đảm an toàn.

Theo Reuters, cuộc đột kích của các đảng viên Cộng hoà diễn ra khi Laura Cooper, một quan chức quốc pḥng Mỹ chịu trách nhiệm giám sát các vấn đề Ukraina và Nga, chuẩn bị đưa ra các chứng thực trong pḥng kín.

Cuộc điều tra luận tội Tổng thống Donald Trump, do đảng Dân chủ khởi xướng, hiện tập trung vào việc ông Trump đề nghị Tổng thống Ukraina điều tra đối thủ Joe Biden v́ lợi ích chính trị cá nhân.

Khi cuộc đối đầu kịch tính diễn ra, cảnh sát Đồi Capitol đă được triệu tới và lập lại trật tự trong pḥng họp. Một nhân chứng có mặt trong pḥng họp lúc đó cho biết, các nghị sĩ Cộng hoà mang điện thoại di động vào, dù việc mang thiết bị điện tử vào pḥng họp đó bị cấm.

“Họ cố t́nh ngăn chặn điều tra”, nghị sĩ đảng Dân chủ Ted Lieu nói.

Trong khi đó, các nghị sĩ Cộng hoà cho rằng các quy định điều tra luận tội mà lănh đạo đảng Dân chủ, hiện đang nắm quyền ở Hạ viện, đưa ra là không công bằng.

Cuộc đột kích của các nghị sĩ đảng Cộng hoà đă thu hút được sự chú ư của toàn nước Mỹ. Động thái này đă làm dịch chuyển sự tập trung của công chúng vào lời khai của một nhà ngoại giao hàng đầu của Mỹ, vốn đưa ra cách đây vài ngày.

Theo đó, nhà ngoại giao này nói, ông ta nghe được tin Tổng thống Donald Trump sẽ rút viện trợ quân sự khỏi Ukraina, nếu Tổng thống Ukraina không cam kết điều tra ông Joe Biden.

Haha, cái này là mọi người đă đoán sẽ xảy ra ngay sau khi thánh Trump khùng kêu nài và khẩn khoản ra lệnh (!) bộ hạ fải ủng hộ mạnh mẽ hơn chuyện cản trở công lư, đồ ngu một lũ ! Nếu TV hiện tại 0 chịu luận tội Trump, so what ! Th́ 2021 cũng chưa muộn mà, wan trọng là cho dân Mỹ thấy một fần nào sự đốn mạt và thối nát của Trump và tay sai, để họ quyết định lá phiếu 2020.
