Since 1945, the United States has very rarely achieved meaningful victory. The United States has fought five major wars — Korea, Vietnam, the Gulf War, Iraq, Afghanistan — and only the Gulf War in 1991 can really be classified as a clear success.

What wars has America won??
It depends on who you ask and it all depends on how you look at it..If you want to get technical, I think US haven’t lost any wars..
Vietnam and Korea technically weren’t wars.. but US didn’t really win it strategically thinking..
Korea: US ended Korea with a seize fire and to this day the peninsula remains hostile..but its a victory. The South is still a Nation.
Vietnam: was ended due to lack of support..
Iraq: Goal topple Iraq’s government. Take there weapons of mass… oh.. oh wait… they didn’t have any…Hahaha.. But Government topples. Solid Victory..
Afghanistan: Solid Victory.. Simply put, the Taliban is no longer in control of the nation... End of story...Al Qaeda was more or less Crippled
Total VICTORY :
1-The French and Indian War (1754-63)
2-American Revolutionary War (1775-83)
3-Ohio Indian War (1785-95)
An important yet oft forgotten conflict
4-Barbary Coast War (1801-05)
5-Mexican-American War (1846-48)
6-The Civil War (1861-65)
Assuming that the Union was the only legitimate American government
7-Western or Final Indian Wars (1866-91)
A rather ignoble American victory though
8-Spanish-American War (1898)
9-World War I (1917-18)
10-World War II (1941-45)
11-Persian Gulf War (1991)
Total TIE :
1-Quasi-War (1798-1800)
2-War of 1812 (1812-15)
America did definitely win the related Tecumseh's Rebellion (1811-13) though
3-Korean War (1950-53)
Pyrrhic Victory
-Philippine Insurrection (1899-1902)
-Second Gulf War (2003-11)
