Các quan chức hàng đầu tại cơ quan an ninh mạng liên bang của Hoa Kỳ đang thúc giục một thẩm phán không cho phép công bố một báo cáo phân tích thiết bị Hệ thống bỏ phiếu Dominion ở Georgia vào thời điểm này, cho rằng làm như vậy có thể hỗ trợ tin tặc cố gắng “phá hoại an ninh bầu cử”.

Mới đây, Cơ quan An ninh mạng và Cơ sở hạ tầng (CISA) đă được cung cấp một bản sao chưa chỉnh sửa của báo cáo được chuẩn bị bởi ông J. Alex Halderman, giám đốc Trung tâm An ninh Máy điện toán và Xă hội của Đại học Michigan.

Báo cáo này thảo luận về “các lỗ hổng tiềm ẩn trong các thiết bị đánh dấu lá phiếu Dominion ImageCast X,” hoặc các thiết bị bỏ phiếu điện tử, theo chính phủ này.

Mặc dù CISA đang hỗ trợ công khai mọi lỗ hổng bảo mật và các biện pháp giảm thiểu liên quan tới thiết bị bầu cử, nhưng việc cho phép công bố báo cáo trên vào thời điểm này sẽ “làm tăng nguy cơ các kẻ xấu có thể khai thác bất kỳ lỗ hổng nào và đe dọa đến an ninh bầu cử,” các luật sư của chính phủ cho biết trong một hồ sơ hôm 10/02 về vụ việc này.

Vụ việc này đă được đưa ra vào năm 2017 bởi các nhóm chính-phủ-tốt (good government, hay goo-goos, được lập ra để giám sát và cải cách chính phủ) và những cử tri nói rằng việc thiếu các lá phiếu giấy sẽ làm ảnh hưởng đến quá tŕnh bỏ phiếu.

Thẩm phán Địa hạt Hoa Kỳ Amy Totenberg, một người do ông Obama đề cử vốn đang giám sát vụ việc này, đă được CISA thúc giục từ chối nỗ lực của ông Halderman nhằm công bố một phiên bản báo cáo đă được biên tập lại (bôi đen những thông tin nhạy cảm).

Các quan chức CISA muốn xem xét thông tin trong báo cáo này và giúp Dominion giải quyết các lỗ hổng đă được xác định trước khi báo cáo này được phát hành. Họ nói rằng họ không thể cung cấp ngày cụ thể mà họ sẽ hoàn thành công việc này.

Bà Totenberg phải cân nhắc giữa yêu cầu trên và mong muốn của Tổng thư kư Georgia Brad Raffensperger, một thành viên Đảng Cộng Ḥa và là một trong những bị đơn, người đă kêu gọi vào cuối tháng Một để việc công bố này xảy ra ngay lập tức.

Ông John Poulos, giám đốc điều hành và chủ tịch của Dominion, cho biết trong một tuyên bố do văn pḥng ông Raffensperger phát hành rằng đánh giá của ông Halderman đă không có “một cách tiếp cận tổng thể”, đồng thời nói thêm rằng Dominion đang “hỗ trợ tất cả các nỗ lực đưa ra các dữ kiện và bằng chứng thực tế để bảo vệ tính toàn vẹn của các cỗ máy của chúng tôi và độ tin cậy về các cuộc bầu cử của Georgia.”

Các nguyên đơn, trong đó có Liên minh Quản trị tốt, cũng ủng hộ việc công bố báo cáo này, ông David Cross, một trong những luật sư của họ, đă xác nhận với The Epoch Times.

Các nguyên đơn cho biết trong một hồ sơ được đệ tŕnh trước khi một bản sao được gửi đến CISA rằng cơ quan này nên lấy một bản sao và bắt đầu quá tŕnh đánh giá của ḿnh, nhưng việc đánh giá “không nên tŕ hoăn một cách vô lư việc công bố báo cáo này, vốn phải được tiết lộ ngay cho tiểu bang Georgia, cũng như các quan chức bầu cử của quận, và nộp lên kho hồ sơ công khai, để các quan chức công có thể bảo đảm an toàn cho cuộc bầu cử sơ bộ vào tháng Năm sắp tới.”

Họ yêu cầu bà Totenberg ra lệnh cho CISA gửi một phiên bản báo cáo đă được biên tập lại lên kho hồ sơ này để giúp công chúng có thể truy cập được không muộn hơn ngày 04/03.

Đảng DC không muốn công bố tin tức lúc nầy sợ ảnh hưởng tới an ninh của cuộc bầu cử sắp tới, à th́ ra họ muốn giữ t́nh trạng an ninh như cuộc bầu cử vừa qua để dể bề thao túng, đảng DC mỗi lần đưa ra ư kiến phải dùng mông suy nghĩ mới hiểu.

Cả tiếng mẹ đẻ mà cũng không biết bỏ dấu th́ đă tự sĩ nhục vào bản thân rồi. Muốn người khác tôn trọng th́ phải biết tự trọng trước. Cả hai chữ "Bú Đần" cũng được người ta tôn trọng để dấu vào, c̣n mày mang tiếng là tôn thờ lănh tụ lại không để dấu là sao?
Tập viết, tập nói trước rồi hăy mang óc Lừa vào nghe ngóng.
Quên mất, nick mà là người 'Vẹm' th́ chỉ biết viết từ ngữ của Trường Sơn.. Thôi, khỏi cần học chi nhiều. Về ôn lại 5 điều bác mày dạy rồi đi vào nơi khác trả bài được rồi.
