Russia ATTEMPTS To Assassinate Chechen Ramzan Kadyrov; MAJOR Airbase Strike | Breaking Enforcer News

Today, Chechen Warlord Ramzan Kadyrov announced he was the target of a Russian Assassination plot against his life. Kadyrov has announced a "Blood Feud" against several Russian lawmakers as tensions rise between Russia and Chechnya.
