Hôm nay luật mới trong Bộ luật giao thông tại Việt nam đă chính thức được áp dụng.Người đàn ông quá cay đắng,khi vừa ra khỏi quán nhậu đă bị cảnh sát giao thông sờ gáy chỉ v́ nghĩ ḿnh chưa say.Và lănh mức phạt đau đớn.

Ngày 16/8, CSGT Hà Nội thực hiện kế hoạch cao điểm đảm bảo trật tự, an toàn giao thông dịp Quốc khánh 2/9.

Trong kế hoạch lần này, các đội CSGT trên địa bàn tổ chức 1 tổ tuần tra kiểm soát xử lư mạnh các trường hợp vi phạm nồng độ cồn theo quy định, tập trung vào các khung giờ 11h-14h và 16h-21h hằng ngày.

Trưa cùng ngày, ghi nhận của Zing.vn, Đội CSGT số 7 lập tổ công tác chốt chặn trên đường Lê Văn Lương (quận Hà Đông), khu vực được cho có nhiều quán bia, nhà hàng ở khu vực Vạn Phúc.

Trong ṿng 1 giờ, lực lượng làm nhiệm vụ kiểm tra và phát hiện nhiều tài xế ôtô vi phạm lỗi về nồng độ cồn.

Khi tổ công tác kiểm tra nồng độ cồn đối với anh Nguyễn Văn Nam (53 tuổi, ở huyện Thanh Tŕ, Hà Nội). Tài xế ôtô 7 chỗ cho biết, vừa uống 2 cốc bia tại một nhà hàng gần đó.

Kết qua kiểm tra nồng độ cồn của anh Nam là 0,622 miligam/1lit khí thở. Theo cảnh sát, người này bị phạt 16-18 triệu đồng, tước bằng lái 4-6 tháng và tạm giữ xe 7 ngày.

“Tôi không nghĩ uống 2 cốc bia lại có thể bị phạt tiền gần 16 triệu đồng, tôi vẫn lái xe b́nh thường, không có cảm giác ǵ”, anh Nam hốt hoảng.

Anh Nam không tin ḿnh bị phạt gần 18 triệu đồng sau khi uống 2 cốc bia. Ảnh: Hoàng Lam.Trong khi đó, anh Nguyễn Văn Tính (41 tuổi, ở huyện Mỹ Đức, Hà Nội) điều khiển xe bán tải cho biết, vừa đi ra từ quán bia trên đường Vạn Phúc, anh gặp CSGT ra hiệu dừng xe.

Làm việc với cảnh sát, tài xế 41 tuổi cho biết, anh chỉ uống 1 cốc bia. Tuy nhiên, nồng độ cồn đo được đối với anh này là 0.093 miligam/1lit khí thở. Theo thượng úy Đặng Đ́nh Hoàng, với lỗi này căn cứ Nghị định 46, tài xế bị phạt 2,5 triệu đồng; tước bằng lái 2 tháng và tạm giữ phương tiện 7 ngày.

Trên đường Lê Đức Thọ (quận Cầu Giấy), tổ công tác Đội CSGT số 6 ra quân cùng thời điểm. Thượng tá Trần Quang Chính cho hay, khi thấy CSGT yêu cầu kiểm tra nồng độ cồn, 1 số tài xế xe máy bỏ phương tiện, lấy lí do ra ngoài rồi bỏ đi.

Theo thượng tá Chính, quá tŕnh xử lư nồng độ cồn với người điều khiển phương tiện gặp không ít khó khăn. Sỹ quan này cho biết, người điều khiển xe đă uống rượu bia thường không hợp tác, đôi khi có lời lẽ không hay với cảnh sát.

“Gặp trường hợp như vậy, cảnh sát phải giải thích, thuyết phục người vi phạm làm việc rồi lập biên bản tạm giữ phương tiện, đưa họ lên taxi để đảm bảo an toàn”, thượng tá Chính chia sẻ.

Cho mở quán nhậu rồi cho công an đến đứng kế xét nghiệm nồng độ rượu th́ có thằng chó nào dám nhậu mà lái xe...C̣n mấy thằng bộ trưởng th́ có tiến ăn nhậu thứ ngon tại nhà th́ làm sao mà bị công an bắt...Chỉ có dân ngu cu đen th́ bị bọn nhà nước lừa cho ra luật này thôi...Sống dưới chế độ độc tài Đảng trị giống như Bắc Hàn, Trung Quốc th́ chỉ có nước làm nô lệ cho Đảng thôi...Liên Xô và khối Đông Âu đă thoát khỏi cảnh làm nô lệ cho Đảng mà c̣n chưa ngóc đầu lên nổi...Thêm một nước Cuba nữa muốn thoát khỏi cảnh độc tài Đảng trị mà vẫn chưa được v́ gia đ́nh Chủ Tịch nước trị mạnh quá....

Bây giờ nợ đầm đ́a nên tăng tiền phạt, tăng tiền xử dụng cao tốc,hầm,cầu.......cá i ǵ mà moi ra tiền là bọn chó cộng sản phạt liền....thiên đàng xứ sỡ hạnh phúc mại dô...
