Trụ sở chính của USAID ở Washington DC bị đóng cửa ngay sáng sớm, với các nhân viên được yêu cầu nghỉ ở nhà trong một email CNN có được.

Early Monday morning, February 3, Elon Musk hosted a session streamed live on X Spaces, formerly known as Twitter Spaces, saying “The President agrees that we should disband USAID.”
USAID’s Washington DC headquarters was closed early in the morning, with employees told to stay home in an email obtained by CNN.
According to CNN, USAID’s logo and images of its aid work were removed from the walls of the headquarters. USAID’s website and social media accounts were taken down, replaced by a temporary page on the State Department’s website.

Federal Procument Data shows that USAID approved over $6 Million dollars in contracts on Friday.
Including a $1.2M Payment to Deloitte for HR services, $600K for International Center for Language Studies, and over $100k for "Miscellaneous Foreign Awardees."

Despite the order from President Trump freezing the payments, USAID continued to defy that order as late as the 31st.
No wonder Elon is mad at them. They are unlawfully defying the orders of the President.
There should never be a payment sent out with American Tax Dollars that is listed under "Miscellaneous" ever again.
Let alone to a foreign nation.
