Default Chính thức thành lập Pḥng tàu ngầm Hải quân Việt Nam
Quân chủng Hải quân tổ chức Lễ thành lập Pḥng tàu ngầm Hải quân tại Hải Pḥng vào hôm nay.

Chuẩn đô đốc Nguyễn Văn Ninh, Phó tư lệnh Hải quân chủ tŕ buổi lễ thành lập trên. Trước đó, Tổng tham mưu trưởng Quân đội nhân dân Việt Nam ra quyết định số 501/QĐ-TM thành lập Pḥng tàu ngầm trực thuộc Bộ tham mưu Quân chủng Hải quân vào ngày 25/3/2011. Pḥng tàu ngầm có chức năng làm tham mưu giúp Bộ tham mưu và Bộ tư lệnh Hải quân trong chỉ huy, quản lư, điều hành công tác huấn luyện, duy tŕ khả năng sẵn sàng chiến đấu và chiến đấu của lực lượng tàu ngầm Quân chủng Hải quân.

Lănh đạo Quân chủng Hải quân tặng hoa nhân dịp thành lập Pḥng tàu ngầm.
Phát biểu tại buổi lễ, Chuẩn đô đốc Nguyễn Văn Ninh khẳng định: Việcthành lập Pḥng tàu ngầm Hải quân đánh dấu bước phát triển mới trong lộtŕnh xây dựng Hải quân nhân dân Việt Nam cách mạnh, chính quy, tinhnhuệ, hiện đại, đáp ứng tốt yêu cầu, nhiệm vụ bảo vệ chủ quyền biển, đảotrong t́nh h́nh hiện nay. Cán bộ, nhân viên Pḥng tàu ngầm Hải quân đềuđược tuyển chọn kỹ lưỡng từ các cơ quan, đơn vị trong Quân chủng vàđược gửi ra nước ngoài đào tạo về chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ, khẳng định đượcnăng lực trong chỉ huy, quan lỷ, điều hành công tác huấn luyện sẵn sàngchiến đấu đối với lực lượng tàu ngầm Hải quân.
Chuẩn Đô đốc Nguyễn VănNinh yêu cầu cán bộ, nhân viên Pḥng tàu ngầm đoàn kết, chủ động khắcphục khó khăn, đề ra nhiều giải pháp sát thực để triển khai, thực hiệncác nhiệm vụ được giao…

pḥng tàu ngầm này chắc để dành cho mấy cha vô hành lạc lúc xa nhà chứ điều khiển ǵ.

chính thức đặt pḥng tàu ngầm theo định hướng x́hơicảngày (XHCN). Tàu ngầm sẽ không cần nổ máy vẫn tự chạy v́ hơi mắm tôm...Hehehehe

d.m đặt cái tên nghe muốn nổi điên lol pḥng tàu ngầm lol hồi đó giờ nghe pḥng nh́ , pḥng cho thuê lần đầu mới nghe pḥng tàu ngầm hahah mà tàu ngầm để lặn cho sâu hay là làm ǵ ? mịa tui CS càng học cao càng ngu .

Tàu ngầm dùng cho cán bộ ta khi có biến th́ xuống tàu lặn luôn chứ đâu có dùng chống giặc đâu mà các bác cứ yêu cầu cao thế.
