VBF-Khoảnh khắc đón chào năm mới là điều mà bất cứ ai cũng phải mong chờ và háo hức thế nhưng không phải vì thế mà ai đó lại có thể tùy tiện vứt rác bừa bãi ra đường phố mà đây là chuyện năm nào cũng bị dư luận lên án. Phải chăng chế tài luật pháp của chúng ta chưa đủ nghiêm chưa đủ sức răn đe với những kẻ bỏ ngoài tai mọi chuyện. Sự việc đang thực sự gây phẫn nộ trong dư luân trong suốt từ hôm qua tới nay. Sau màn chào đón năm mới 2017, khu vực phố đi bộ Nguyễn Huệ (TP.HCM), rác thải nằm khắp nơi do một số người thiếu ý thức xả ra, tuy nhiên nhiều bạn trẻ đã chung tay nhặt rác để giữ gìn vệ sinh chung.
Tối 31.12.2016 hàng ngàn người đổ về khu vực phố đi bộ Nguyễn Huệ để tham gia chương trình đếm ngược giữa thời khắc chuyển giao năm cũ 2016 sang năm mới 2017. Nhiều người mang theo đồ ăn, nước uống sau khi sử dụng xong “tiện tay” vứt ngay trên phố đi bộ. Khi màn chào đón năm mới 2017 kết thúc, mọi người ra về, khu vực phố đi bộ rác thải nằm khắp nơi.

Ngay sau đó nhiều nhóm bạn trẻ đã hô hào “Mọi người ơi, chung tay bảo vệ môi trường. Chúng ta cùng nhau nhặt rác làm sạch đường phố nào”, sau đó khá nhiều người hưởng ứng vào công việc nhặt rác trên phố đi bộ. Những loại chai nhưa, lon nước ngọt được nhóm bạn trẻ phân loại để riêng, những hộp xốp, bao nilon được gom lại gọn gàng.

Sau khoảng 10 phút, nhiều khu vực rác đã được gom.

“Nhiều người sau khi sử dụng thức ăn, nước uống đã vô tư xả rác ngay trên phố là hình ảnh không đẹp, khiến các cô chú công nhân vệ sinh môi trường phải vất vả. Vì vậy, chúng em dọn rác nhằm mục đích kêu gọi mọi người không nên xả rác bừa bãi”, bạn Nguyễn Thị Linh (19 tuổi, ngụ quận 5) cho biết.

Cái đáng nói nhất là thành phần trẻ có ăn học lại là đám xả rác nhiều nhất, chúnh nó còn thua một đứa con nít lên 2 ở Mỹ.

Văn hoá ăn bốc ỉa chịn ăn tục nói phét là văn hoá của bọn thất học nghèo đói ba ke chúng vẫn giữ cho đến chết làm sao mà bỏ được... Nay có ít tiền thay đổi cái vỏ bề ngoài thôi chứ óc thì vẫn chứa đầy cứt cha chuyền con nối óc cứt thì để óc cứt... Có khi nào cú mà đẻ ra công đâu...?..?..

Đổ rác vậy mà trách sao cống không thoát nước được khi gặp mưa, nhưng không biết chính phủ VC có provide enough thùng rác ở mọi nơi hay không? Nếu có đủ thùng rác ở mọi nơi mà người dân vẩn ngoan cố xả rác tùm lum thay vì đi bộ xa hơn 1-2 block bỏ vô thùng rác thì mới nên trách người dân hoàn toàn

Nhưng nếu không đủ thùng rác ở nhiều thì họ bỏ rác ở nơi mô? Chính phủ VC phải share một phần trách nhiệm đó
