Old  Default Thái độ của Việt Nam khi tàu chiến Mỹ tiến gần Đá Vành Khăn ở Trường Sa
Sau khi tàu chiến Mỹ tiến vào khu vực 12 hải lý đảo nhân tạo Trung Quốc xây dựng trái phép ở Biển Đông, Trung Quốc đã đưa tàu ra xua đuổi. Trong khi đó thì Người phát ngôn Bộ ngoại giao Việt Nam nhấn mạnh lập trường của ta là tất cả quốc gia được hưởng quyền tự do hàng hải và hàng không phù hợp luật quốc tế, kêu gọi các nước đóng góp vì hòa bình.



Bà Lê Thị Thu Hằng khẳng định:

"Quan điểm cơ bản của Việt Nam là Việt Nam có đầy đủ cơ sở lịch sử và pháp lý để khẳng định chủ quyền của mình đối với quần đảo Trường Sa cũng như quần đảo Hoàng Sa, phù hợp với các quy định của luật pháp quốc tế".

"Là một quốc gia ven Biển Đông và là thành viên của Công ước Liên Hợp Quốc về Luật biển 1982 (UNCLOS), lập trường nhất quán của Việt Nam là tất cả quốc gia được hưởng quyền tự do hàng hải và hàng không, phù hợp với các quy định của luật pháp quốc tế đặc biệt là UNCLOS 1982", bà Lê Thị Thu Hằng cho biết tại cuộc họp báo chiều 25/5.

Người phát ngôn nói thêm rằng nhân dịp này, Việt Nam tiếp tục đề nghị tất cả các quốc gia có đóng góp mang tính xây dựng và tích cực, phù hợp với luật pháp quốc tế nhằm duy trì hòa bình, ổn định và thượng tôn pháp luật trên các vùng biển và đại dương.

Ngày 24/5, tàu chiến USS Dewey của Hải quân Mỹ đã đi vào vùng 12 hải lý quanh Đá Vành Khăn ở quần đảo Trường Sa của Việt Nam. Đây là một trong số các đá trên Biển Đông bị Trung Quốc chiếm đóng rồi tiến hành bồi lấp trái phép.

Hoạt động của tàu Mỹ ngày 24/5 đánh dấu lần đầu tiên các cuộc tuần tra tự do hàng hải để thách thức tuyên bố chủ quyền phi lý của Trung Quốc trên Biển Đông được nối lại dưới thời Tổng thống Trump.

Trong những năm nhiệm kỳ của cựu tổng thống Barack Obama, Hải quân Mỹ thường điều tàu đi qua các khu vực tranh chấp trên Biển Đông. Cuộc tuần tra cuối cùng do Tổng thống Obama phê chuẩn diễn ra tháng 10/2016.

Hoạt động này bị gián đoạn nhiều tháng liền từ sau khi ông Trump đắc cử và trở thành tổng thống Mỹ. Sau 100 ngày đầu trong nhiệm kỳ tổng thống của ông Trump, không tàu chiến Mỹ nào đi vào vùng 12 hải lý quanh các đá nhân tạo trên Biển Đông.

Quyết định chưa thách thức tuyên bố chủ quyền mà Trung Quốc tự vẽ ra trên Biển Đông là một trong những diễn biến thể hiện sự thay đổi đáng kể trong quan điểm của Tổng thống Trump, trong bối cảnh Washington đang muốn kết hợp với Bắc Kinh về tình hình Triều Tiên.

Bộ Quốc phòng Mỹ được cho là nhiều lần bác bỏ đề nghị tuần tra ở Biển Đông khi Tổng thống Trump đang có chiều hướng mềm mỏng với Trung Quốc để nhờ cậy giúp đỡ về vấn đề Triều Tiên.

Rước Tàu về để đuổi đế quốc Mỹ xâm lăng.

Rồi hôm nay CSVN bị Tàu cưỡi lên đầu, lại muối mặt vác loa ra hoan nghênh sự hiện diện của Mỹ!

Coi như CSVN "đái" lên nửa triệu bộ xương khô của bộ đội Bắc Việt nằm dọc Trường Sơn.

Chánh quyền tráo trở kiểu này, dân Việt ngóc đầu lên không nổi.
