Old  Default CSVN xử 2 facebooker nói xấu Nhà Nước
Chính quyền CSVN năm 2018 gia tăng kiểm soát những người dùng mạng. Mới đây hai facebooker bị đưa ra xét xử. Hai người này bị cáo buộc với tội danh đăng tải bài viết có nội dung nói xấu, xuyên tạc chế độ Nhà nước.

Ngày 22-9, TAND quận Cái Răng (TP Cần Thơ) xử sơ thẩm đă tuyên phạt Nguyễn Hồng Nguyên (38 tuổi, ngụ phường Thường Thạnh, quận Cái Răng) 2 năm tù và Trương Đ́nh Khang (26 tuổi, ngụ phường Hưng Thạnh, quận Cái Răng) một năm tù cùng về tội Lợi dụng các quyền tự do dân chủ xâm phạm lợi ích của Nhà nước, quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của tổ chức, cá nhân.

Theo cáo trạng, năm 2017, Nguyên đă sử dụng tài khoản “Nguyên Hồng Nguyễn” (nick name “Bồ Công Anh”), Khang sử dụng facebook với tài khoản “Hồ Mai Chi”.

Hai bị cáo đă sử dụng tài khoản facebook trên thường xuyên chia sẻ, đăng tải các thông tin, bài viết, h́nh ảnh, video có các nội dung nói xấu, xuyên tạc đường lối, chủ trương, chính sách của Đảng, Nhà nước, xúc phạm đến uy tín danh dự của Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh và các lănh đạo, cơ quan Đảng, Nhà nước.

Trong đó Nguyên đang tải 77 tờ tài liệu (giấy A4) bài viết, h́nh ảnh, Khang đang tải 31 trang tài liệu.

Nguyên và Khang khai nhận do buồn chuyện gia đ́nh và có những bức xúc cá nhân nên đă thực hiện hành vi trên.

HĐXX nhận định hành vi của hai bị cáo đă làm ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến vấn đề an ninh chính trị quốc gia, trật tự an toàn xă hội; uy tín, vai tṛ lănh đạo của Đảng, Nhà nước; khiến người xem có cái nh́n không đúng về các chủ trương, đường lối của Đảng, chính sách, pháp luật của Nhà nước...
