Ông Trump có ý định sử dụng bom hạt nhân để...phá hủy các cơn bão nhằm vào nước Mỹ. Trong một cuộc gặp riêng với giới chức thuộc Bộ An ninh Nội địa và Cơ quan An ninh Quốc gia, Tổng thống Donald Trump đã gây sốc khi đề xuất ném bom hạt nhân vào tâm các cơn bão biển để ngăn không cho chúng đổ bộ vào nước Mỹ.

Theo những nguồn tin thân cận với sự kiện trên, Tổng thống Trump đã đưa ra ý tưởng trên sau khi ông được nghe trình bày về tình hình bão lũ có thể xảy ra tại Mỹ trong thời gian tới.

“Tôi hiểu, tôi hiểu. Tại sao chúng ta không ném bom hạt nhân vào chúng?” Ông Trump cho biết, “Chúng bắt đầu hình thành ở ngoài bờ biển châu Phi. Vậy khi chúng đi ngang qua biển Đại Tây Dương, chúng ta sẽ ném một quả bom vào vào giữa tâm các cơn bão để đánh tan chúng. Tại sao chúng ta không làm như vậy?”

Nhà Trắng hiện vẫn chưa đưa ra phản hồi gì về thông tin này. Một quan chức của chính phủ Tổng thống Trump cho biết: “Chúng tôi sẽ không có bình luận gì về các cuộc trao đổi riêng tư mà Tổng thống có thể có hoặc không đối với đội ngũ an ninh quốc gia của mình.”

Một quan chức chính phủ cấp cao khác cho biết: “Mục tiêu của ông ấy (Tổng thống Trump) – ngăn không cho một cơn bão thảm họa đổ bộ vào lãnh thổ của chúng ta – không phải là điều xấu.”

Đây không phải lần đầu tiên ý tưởng dùng bom hạt nhân để ngăn chặn sự hình thành những cơn bão biển được đưa ra.

Một tài liệu về bão nhiệt đới của Cơ quan Khí quyển và Đại Dương quốc gia Mỹ đã từng đề cập đến biện pháp này, đồng thời chỉ ra rằng nó khó có thể đạt tác dụng và thậm chí còn hại nhiều hơn lợi.

“Bên cạnh một thực tế rằng nó thậm chí còn không gây tác động gì đến cơn bão, biện pháp này còn bỏ qua một vấn đề rằng lượng phóng xạ được giải phóng sẽ nhanh chóng lan theo sức gió để gây ảnh hưởng lên các khu vực đất liền và gây hậu quả môi trường khủng khiếp.” tài liệu trên cho biết, “Khỏi phải nói, đây là một ý tưởng không tốt chút nào.”

mà ý kiến của cụ cump cũng hay mà .. nhiều khi chất phóng xạ của bom nguyên tử làm cho cụ khoẻ hơn thì sao hén . cụ biết cụ đã tới tuổi xuống lỗ rồi . cụ có đi sớm ngày nào thì cũng sẽ khoẻ cho cu thôi.. hahhaah
