Bác sĩ ở Ý tiêm nhầm 6 liều vắc xin Covid-19 cho một cô gái

Một cô gái 23 tuổi ở Ý đang được quan sát ở bệnh viện Tuscany sau khi bị tiêm một lúc 6 mũi vắc xin Covid-19 của liên danh Pfizer-BioNTech vì lỗi của y tá, theo hãng thông tấn AGI hôm 10.5. Cô gái trẻ, là sinh viên đại học, đang trong tình trạng ổn định sau khi được truyền dịch và paracetamol theo sau vụ tiêm nhớ đời hôm 9.5.
Thay vì tiêm một mũi, y tá đã bơm toàn bộ lọ vắc xin Covid-19 của liên danh Pfizer-BioNTech cho nữ sinh viên, tức tương đương 6 liều vắc xin.

Các nghiên cứu trước đó nhằm kiểm tra tình trạng tiêm quá liều ở vắc xin Pfizer-BioNTech cho thấy giới hạn tối đa khi tiêm một lần vắc xin này chỉ dừng ở mức 4 liều.
Những vụ tiêm quá liều loại vắc xin trên đã được ghi nhận ở Mỹ, Úc, Đức và Israel. Trong một trường hợp, một số nhân viên tại viện dưỡng lão ở Đức đã bị tiêm vắc xin ngừa Covid-19 quá liều cho phép đến 5 lần và khiến một nửa trong số này phải nhập viện.



A 23-year-old girl in Italy is being observed at Tuscany hospital after being injected with six doses of Covid-19 vaccine by the Pfizer-BioNTech consortium at a time due to a nurse's fault, according to the AGI news agency on October 10. The young girl, a college student, is in stable condition after the infusion and paracetamol following the memory injection on September 9.
Instead of injecting a single shot, the nurse injected the entire bottle of Covid-19 vaccine of the Pfizer-BioNTech partnership for the female student, equivalent to 6 doses of the vaccine.

Previous studies aimed at examining overdose in Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines showed that the maximum limit of one vaccination would be 4 doses.
There have been documented overdoses of the vaccine in the US, Australia, Germany and Israel. In one case, some staff at a nursing home in Germany were given an overdose of Covid-19 vaccine five times, causing half of them to be hospitalized.
